Two level upper deck with lounge seating up top. Dining table, eight chairs, two lounge chairs, and a large sun umbrella are three steps down. There is a front deck for the two bedrooms with outdoor lighting, tables, and chairs. We have a deck heater, toys, and beach chairs. There is a picnic table and a grassy area for bocci, croquet, and other game. And more shared grass beyond for soccer, badminton, or whatever you want.
