This place exceeded our expectations. The house was large enough for our two families to stay comfortably. The yard was beautiful & serene. Walking distance to the beach & Helliwell park which were both highlights of our vacation. Lots of baby gear if you need it. This was a bonus for us.

My family and I had a great time mountain biking and playing at the beach, which was walking distance from the house. Nice, quiet spot with lots to do close by. Would stay again.

This spot is absolutely outstanding, the house is incredible with lots of things to do and extremely clean, the property is beautiful with deer running around and lots of forest, and the surrounding areas are all the best spots on Hornby Island. We loved staying here with our 2 kids and you will too! This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at!!

Henry is the perfect host. On arrival, he walked us through the premises and explained how his modern appliances operated. He welcomed us to explore his large historic and peaceful property at our leisure. Henry's home is just minutes from a large welcoming beach and a trail which leads through a mature fir forest onto a loop that follows sea bluffs.

An amazing house just the right size for my large family. Everything was so clean and the rooms extremely comfortable. We enjoyed walking to Whaling Station beach, Helliwell Park and Hornby Island Brewing (all gems!). A peaceful location where we enjoyed card games on the deck and also lots of fun retro video VHS tapes to watch. It was hard to leave and we would come back in a minute!
